Regis – Hollywood Aged Care Facility

The Regis Aged Care – Hollywood facility has recently been completed and opened in June 2018 as a purpose built ageing-in-place facility located in the heart of Nedlands, directly opposite Hollywood Private Hospital.  The facility has been designed with 141 rooms for residents who look out over landscaped gardens or courtyard.  A stunning rooftop lounge and café offer views of Perth City and the Swan River.

The flooring, on the rooftop lounge and balconies has been laid with light grey porcelain tiles measuring 600x600x20 mm, covering over 1150 square metres. Under these tiles, there are as many as 4,400 Balance and Mini Balance adjustable supports with a self-levelling head, heights ranging from 25 to 112 mm.

The supports, which are all part of the Pedestal Line by Impertek, are provided with essential installation accessories. In addition to Impertek Supports being millimetrically adjustable, the Balance and Mini-Balance self-levelling head automatically corrects the slope of the substructure up to 5% to obtain perfectly levelled final floor.
